Suspicious activity. An officer saw an occupied vehicle in Lagoon Park on Park Drive after hours. Two juveniles, a male and a female, were advised of park hours.
DEC. 18
Burglary. Officers responded to a report of a burglary at a home on the 200 block of Broadway Street. The resident had come home and found a footprint on the couch. Nothing else seemed to be disturbed or missing.
DEC. 20
Suspicious vehicle. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle with a male sleeping inside on the 600 block of Lodge Drive. Officers located the vehicle and saw drugs and a handgun in inside the vehicle. A 20-year-old man was arrested for possession of a stolen firearm, illegal transport of a firearm in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Suspicious activity. An officer responded to a report that no one was answering the drive-through window at HomeTown Bank, 101 Creek Lane S. The officer saw a sign in a window displaying holiday hours indicating that the business was closed.

Drugs. A 20-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance following a traffic stop at Old Hwy. 8 and Hwy. 21.

Drugs. A 33-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant and a 59-year-old Inver Grove Heights man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at Mystic Lake Hotel, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd.
DEC. 24
Drunken driving. A 34-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for drunken driving, assaulting a police officer and obstructing the legal process following a traffic stop at Crownline Drive and Apex Way.

Theft. A license plate was stolen from a vehicle on the 17000 block of Sunset Avenue.
Theft. Packages were stolen from a home on the 14600 block of White Tail Ridge.

DEC. 22
Drugs. A 16-year-old Shakopee boy was cited for possession of marijuana at Shakopee High School, 100 17th Av.
DEC. 23
Drunken driving. A 19-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for drunken driving, having an open bottle of alcohol, underage consumption of alcohol and speeding following a traffic stop at Sarazin Street and 17th Avenue.
DEC. 27
Drugs. A 58-year-old New Brighton woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, driving after revocation and no proof of insurance following a traffic stop at Mystic Lake Drive and County Road 42.
Driving violation. A 30-year-old Richfield woman was cited for driving after suspension and arrested for a warrant following a traffic stop at Marystown Road and Hwy. 169.

Drunken driving. A 44-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for drunken driving, obstructing the legal process and possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop on the 900 block of Dakota Street.
DEC. 31
Protection violation. A 36-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for violating an order for protection the 500 block of Heritage Trail.
JAN. 1
Disorderly conduct. A 34-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing the legal process with force and trespassing at Muddy Cow, 1244 Canterbury Road.
