As if on cue, it was snowing when guests arrived for the annual Snowball at Stages Theatre Company in Hopkins. The event featured a production of "Mary Poppins Jr." as well as post-show desserts, crafts in the workshop and an all-ages dance. Guests mingled with Stages performers and Hopkins Raspberry Festival royalty. Proceeds from the event will help the theater, which is dedicated to producing high-quality productions for children, offer free and reduced-price tickets and transportation subsidies.
