The luck of the Irish shone on the Irish Fair in St. Paul, granting a picture-perfect weekend for the annual cultural celebration on Harriet Island.
There was abundant eating, dancing, drinking, shopping and entertainment as well as activities for the wee ones. Revelers enjoyed traditional Irish food and watched demonstrations of Celtic sports, from hurling to border collie shepherding.
The goal of the nonprofit event is to promote Irish culture and preserve traditions for future generations.
