The five main reasons Seattle has won seven of its past 10 games while averaging 164.8 yards rushing and experiencing run-pass harmony between Seahawks coach Pete Carroll and offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer:

Left tackle Duane Brown: Four-time Pro Bowl selection and 11-year veteran was acquired via trade from Houston on Nov. 1, 2017. Has started all 12 games at left tackle.

Left guard J.R. Sweezy: 2012 seventh-round draft pick who spent the past two years in Tampa Bay before returning. Has started 10 straight games at left guard after starting the first two at right guard.

Center Justin Britt: 2014 second-round draft pick. Has started all 12 games at center.

Right guard D.J. Fluker: 2018 UFA from the Giants. Missed the first two games and Week 10 against the Rams. Will miss Sunday's game against the Vikings because of a hamstring pull. Will be replaced by undrafted rookie Jordan Simmons, who played well back in Week 10.

Right tackle Germain Ifedi: 2016 first-round draft pick has started all 12 games at right tackle.
