Batdorf, B. Niles, MD. Age 98 of Golden Valley, MN, formerly of Mankato, MN. Went home to be with his Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ on August 27th, 2015. Niles served as a Battalion Surgeon in the US Army during WWII. He then established his medical practice in Mankato, MN where he served families for 35 years. He also found satisfaction serving his church, North Mankato Covenant, as organist, Sunday School Teacher and Church Chairman. Survived by his wife of 67 years Berit, children; Randi (Sam) Edelstein of Leon, Mexico, Julie (Ralph) Seelke of Duluth, Niles (Patricia) Batdorf of Duluth, Lisa (Rev. Ken) Geis of Eden Prairie, 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren. Memorial Service 2:30 PM Friday, September 4th, 2015.
