Kastner, Jacqueline H. 82, passed away at Golden Living Center in Muncie, Indiana on August 26, 2015, following an extended illness. Jacqueline was born in Peoria, Illinois on October 25, 1932, the daughter of William J. and Martha (Bailey) Mauschbaugh, and was a 1950 graduate East Peoria Community High School. She was an Admissions Counselor at Metropolitan Community College, in the City of Minneapolis, Minnesota, for over 15 years until her retirement in 1988. Mrs. Kastner was a longtime resident of Minneapolis, and a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Survivors include three daughters, Virginia Kleeberg, Muncie, Indiana Teresa Iverson, (husband-David), Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Yvonne Matz, (husband-Leroy), Minneapolis, Minnesota; a brother, Henry Mauschbaugh, (wife-Norene), Metamora, Illinois; seven grand-children, Joseph Horstmann, (wife Tessa), Lakeville, Minnesota, Jacob Leslie, Sheboygan, Wisconsin; Korina Rosales, (husband-Ruben) Round Rock, Texas, Ian Kleeberg, (wife-Renee), Greenwood, Indiana, Carla Kleeberg, Muncie, Indiana Chelsea Kleeberg, Muncie, Indiana and Tiffani Iverson, Prior Lake, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 45 years, Oscar B. Kastner; five sisters, Martha Debbout, Ruth Baynard, Margaret Mau, Betty Jane Mauschbaugh, Mary Peckham; two brothers, William Mauschbaugh, and Roland Mauschbaugh. Services will be and burial will take place Saturday, August 29, 2015 in Peoria, Illinois. A memorial service will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota at a date to be determined.
