Holmes, Patricia Diane of Mpls, passed away peacefully on her 67th birthday, Aug. 23, 2015. She is survived by daughter, Charena Lankford, mother, Clorasteen Scott Wilson, sisters Peggy Jorgensen & Kimberly Wilson, half-brother Stan Holmes; stepsisters Kathleen Stanford & Beverly Morgan, & stepbrother Walter Wilson; Grandchildren, Jamar & Jordan (Charena), Jameris & Robert (Kimberly); longtime family friends Sandra White (special sister) & John Kinsey (extended family).
