Teske, Janice (Lund) Age 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer. Jan was born in Glenwood, MN on September 7, 1943 to parents Marvin & Eleanor (Hedlund) Lund. She is survived by her extraordinary, loving husband of 48 years, Mark; son, Sean (Pam); daughter, Lisa (Jim) Bianchi-Rossi; grandchildren, Jacob, Sara, Alexa & Blake; sisters, Judy (Bill) Washburn, & Jane (Jerry) Ylitalo; many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Marvin & Eleanor. Jan was a long-time first grade school teacher in Shakopee. She also taught 4th grade in the Wayzata school district, and was a substitute teacher for many years as well. She loved seeing her former students after they had grown up just to see how they were doing. But her biggest joys in life were simply the time she spent with her husband, children and grandchildren.
