Beske, Alice "Berene" Campbell Jan. 26, 1929 - July 31, 2015 On Friday, July 31, her mother's 122nd birthday, Berene conquered her awful cancer by passing into heaven to join her Mom (Ethel Campbell), husbands Bob Beske and Wayne Sampson, and son (Brad Beske). Surrounded by her four surviving children, Scott Beske, Sandy (Lenny) Snellman, Barb (Bill) Degner, and Sally (Terry) Chial, she passed peacefully into glory. From her childhood growing up in Hector, MN, to raising her family and helping run pharmacies in Springfield, White Bear Lake, Lake Elmo, and Bayport, to creating amazing works of art as quilts and wall hangings, all the while being a wonderful wife, mother, grandma, GG, aunt, and friend, Berene touched innumerable lives with her loving, giving ways. In addition to her children, she is survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, step son, Mark (Diana) Sampson, step daughter, Carolyn (Kathy) Sampson, other extended family members, and innumerable friends. A visitation will be held at Bradshaw, Stillwater on Thursday, August 6 from 5 till 8 p.m. and a service to celebrate Mom's life at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Bayport, on Friday, August 7 at 11 a.m. A luncheon will follow the service.
