Tuohy, Patrica Ann age 67 of Maple Lake, died Friday, July 3, 2015 at her home on Sugar Lake. Patricia was born December 10, 1947 in Ladysmith, WI and grew up in Crystal, MN. She graduated from Cooper High School in 1965. Trish attended the University of Minnesota, earning her degree in Criminology in 1969. She married David in 1970 and moved to Sugar Lake where they raised four children. Trish worked for Maple Lake Public Schools for 28 years. Trish was a devoted and loving wife, daughter, mother and grandmother. She was an avid reader, talented knitter and gardener, and long-time tennis fan. She enjoyed her lake home, cared for countless family pets and was a dedicated supporter and cheerleader of all of her children's activities. Her passions inspired travel, including several trips with her good friend and cousin, Kathleen Massey. Trish was an active member in all of her communities where she developed meaningful friendships and touched many through her selfless nature and very special spirit. She is survived by husband David Tuohy; children Angela (Garrett) Jordahl, Carolyn Tuohy, Jeanette (Brad) Marr, and Daniel Tuohy; grandchildren, Max, Stella, and Thaddeus; mother Blanche Tomas-cak; and brothers Walter (Vicki) Tomascak, Michael Tomascak, and Peter (Anita) Tomascak. She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Tomascak and infant brother Tommy Michael Tomascak. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. Sat., July 11, 2015 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Annandale. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Fri. at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.
