Dugan, Rev. LeRoy C. age 88, of Bloomington, MN, went to meet his Savior on July 3. Survived by his loving wife of 66 years, LaVonne; children, Suzanne (Scott) Moline, Lon (Julie) Dugan, and Jon (Hiromi) Dugan; 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grand-children, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
