Dimke, George V., Jr. Age 81, of Shoreview. Founder of Lexington Mfg. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on July 1, 2015 after a 5 year battle with a rare form of Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Preceded in death by parents, George Sr. & Thelma; sister Louise Moen; infant brother Edward; grandson Joseph; & great-grandson Samuel Mingard. Survived by wife of 60 years, Janice; children, Gayle Hove, Mary Jo (Joe) Seeb, John (Susan), Bob (Mary), Tom (Sherri), Margie (Will) Gran; 21 grandchildren; and 1 great-grand-son. Very talented woodworker and business man, started his business, Lexington Mfg., in his garage back in 1977.
