Evans, Helen (Sandberg) of Superior, WI, formerly of Cloquet, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015. She was born April 3, 1918 in Moline, IL to Andrew and Svea (Andderson) Sandberg. Helen was united in marriage to Martin Evans on January 30, 1939. She was a member of the Cloquet Gospel Tabernacle Church. Helen was a loving mother and grandmother, and she will be sadly missed by all that knew her. Helen is survived by her sons, Marty, Ron, Jerry Sr. and Dave (Dawn) Evans; sister, Ann Frederickson of Mpls., numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, July 3, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service at Nelson Funeral Care in Cloquet. A luncheon will follow in the fellowship room.
