Preceded in death by his mom, Erin. Survived by wife, Terrie; son, Brandon (girlfriend, Katelyn Kappes) of Minnetonka; daughter and son-in-law, Meghan (Ben) Sohns of Madison, WI; grandchildren, Clara, Bailey and Kirby Sohns, Wrenna Rose Worthley; father, Thomas Worthley II of Elk River; sister, Michele Hill of Elk River. A Celebration of Tom's Life will be Monday 1:30 PM at Family of Christ Lutheran Church, 2020 Coulter Blvd., Chanhassen. Family will receive friends 12:30 - 1:30 PM at the church.
