Gegen, John F. Age 79, passed peacefully May 27, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, John and Julia; sisters, Shirley Zarembinski, Betty Tyler and Pat Gloege. Survived by beloved wife, Kathie (nee Sullivan); children, Nick, Colleen (Denise Testa) and Michael; grandson, Sean; brothers, James and William (Jill); sister, Linda (Larry) Rokusek; sister-in-law, Patricia (Ron) Mercier; nieces, nephews and friends. John was an avid marathon runner who loved sports, the cabin and his family. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Tuesday, June 2 at THE CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION, 51 W. 7th St., St. Paul.
