Camille (Donaldson) Sypura

Sypura, Camille Donaldson age 45, of Coon Rapids, left this world on May 25th after a brave fight against breast cancer. She spent her last days surrounded by the love of her family and friends. Camille was a bright light in the life of everyone who crossed her path. She met each day with a smile, an infectious laugh and a zest for life. Camille was devoted to her husband and daughter, and to a tightly knit family in Phoenix, AZ. She was a fiercely loyal friend who could be counted upon for a laugh, a hug or a pep talk. Camille came to the Twin Cities to study at the University of St. Thomas. Upon earning her degree, she used her gift of quirkiness, kindness and energy as an elementary school teacher, and was dedicated to gifting children with a love for reading and learning. Her passion lay in lifting up the "scrappers", those children who most needed her special care and attention. Her most cherished role was that of wife to Bill and mother to Lainey - the light of her life! She is also survived by parents, Patrick and Camille Donaldson; sister, Ann-Marie (DJ) Alameddin; brother, Patrick (Shannon) Donaldson, all of Phoenix, AZ; aunt, Elaine Lutfy; 8 nieces and nephews, many godchildren, and countless cousins; her dog, Darby; and a legion of friends, students and admirers.
