Preceded in death by wife, Rosalie; parents, Melvin and Vida and brother, David C. Johnston. Survived by children, Julie (Sitiveni) Mafi, Tony (Lois), Pete (Mary) and Suzie (Eric) Gydesen; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and a host of adoring extended family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM Saturday, May 30 at the CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION, 51 W. 7th Street, St. Paul. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
