Margaret Fern '(Peg)' (Holden) Davison

Davison (nee Holden), Margaret (Peg) Fern of Farm-ington, MN, age 84. Peg found peace on May 18, 2015 after a long struggle with dementia. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years of marriage, Donald D. Davison. Together with their dachshund Hoka, they enjoyed 23 years of retirement traveling in their RV. They had a tremendous love for nature and all it has to offer. Peg was an avid collector of many things: driftwood, shells, rocks, baskets, and an exquisite turtle collection. Her love of gardening led her to a position at Bachman's in Lakeville, where she worked seasonally in the greenhouses for 20 years. Peg is survived by her 2 daughters, Desiree Swan of Savage, MN and Janene Davison of New Richmond, WI; twin grandsons, Martin & Lincoln Weller, a great grand-daughter, Isabel, and many nieces, nephews, and special friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, George R. Holden & Ruth V. Kuchera; sister, Patricia Bryan, and son-in-law, Philip Swan. October 29, 1930 - May 18, 2015 Life consists of 2 dates & a dash. Peg made the most of the dash! The family would like to give their heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Our House in New Richmond, WI and Interim Hospice for all of their exceptional love and care they gave Peg. A private service is planned.
