Swanson, Amy Joann age 46, of St. Louis Park passed away April 16, 2015. Preceded in death by father Donald Swanson. Survived by mother, Joan; sister, Jill (Ted) Weldon; brother, Erik Swanson; nieces, Erika and Andrea Weldon; cousin, Taylor Ann Grand; many other relatives and friends.
