Ernst, Ingolf Age 71, of Bloomington, MN, formerly of Copenhagen, Denmark passed away peacefully at home April 21, 2015 after a heroic fight with cancer. Survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Svea; sons, René (Tina) and Ken; daughter, Susanne Adams; many friends. A Freemason for 40+ years and owned bakeries in both Copenhagen and Minneapolis. He will be deeply missed by all. A private celebration of Ingolf will be held at a later date.
