Eppel, Robert E. Age 58, of Minnetonka, passed away April 8th, 2015, peacefully surrounded by family. Born in McHenry, IL. Preceded in death by parents Eugene and Evelyn. Survived by daughter Alison Shaw; grandchildren Kamron and Javon Shaw; sisters Linda Daum, Jane Mar, Nancy Dreher. Bob graduated from McHenry High School and Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. Moved to MN when he was 23. He was a Journeyman Carpenter and a member of the local union 1644 for over 25 yrs. He loved to ride his Harley and took many trips to Sturgis in the Black Hills. He is and will be greatly missed by his loving family. A Celebration of life will be held from 4 to 8 pm Friday, April 24th at Plymouth Creek Center, 14800 34th Ave., Plymouth, MN.
