Carter, Richard P., Sr. Age 86, of Forest Lake. Died Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Dick worked as a typesetter for the Saint Paul Pioneer Press for over 40 years. He was actively involved in the American Legion Post 225; holding many ranking positions through his involvement. He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings. He is survived by his children, Richard Jr., Stephanie (Donald) Beyer, Scott, Jim (Mary Jo); four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; many other family and dear friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the American Legion Post 225, 355 West Broadway Avenue, Forest Lake.
