Frank, Shirley A. age 82, of Woodbury, formerly of Edina, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2015. Preceded in death by her husband W.R. Frank, Jr. "Bill"; parents, Alexander and Alice Latin. Survived by son, W.R. Frank, III "Rick"; grandchildren, W.R. Frank IV "Bill", Alexandra (Dave) Foerster and Danny Frank; and their mother, Cindy Frank. Shirley was a longtime employee of US Bank, where she exceeded all expectations of her job and she was well respected by all of her co-workers. Former longtime member of the Minneapolis Woman's Club. A sports enthusiast, Shirley enjoyed tennis and golf, and was an amateur champion bowler. A special thanks to Charissa, Jami and Gorette for the special care and attention shown to Shirley. Memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Association. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
