Otto, Dolores Darlene (nee Neumann) Age 85, of Columbia Heights, died peacefully in her sleep on April 14, 2015 after a long battle with dementia. Survived by loving husband of 66 years, Robert; daughters, Debbie (Gary) Jones, Becky (Dave) Skramstad, Cyndi (Gary) Myhre, Amy (Scott) Weber; 16 grand-children; 23 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; sister Marlene Skeate; many nieces and nephews.
