Lowe, Robert B. of Minne- tonka, formerly of Duluth and Hopkins, passed away March 13, 2015 at the age of 90. Born in Duluth on September 27, 1924 to Earl Lowe Sr. and Mary Heisler Lowe, Bob grew up in the Riverside neighborhood of Duluth, graduating from Morgan Park High School in 1943. Upon graduation Bob immediately entered the Navy for WWII. After his return from the war he met and married Phyllis Lindholm on August 9, 1947. Bob is a plank holder for the USS Hissem DE, and was the owner of Team Forms. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Earl Jr, Barbara Thorson, and JoAnn Barfield, as well as close family friend Richard DeBoer. He is survived by his wife and daughters Nancy (Mark) Mumm of Seattle and Barbara (Chris) Hively of Eden Prairie; grandchildren, Lindsay Mumm (Mike Pysson), Aaron Mumm, Robin (Tran) Mumm of Seattle, Conrad, Elizabeth and Robert Hively of Eden Prairie; close family friends Eileen DeBoer, Jim (Margo) DeBoer, Janet DeBoer, Debbie (Jeff) Maida and Kelly Bartsias of Duluth, Brian (Cindy) DeBoer of Esko and their families; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
