John Thomas Kuker

Kuker, John Thomas age 40, of Los Angeles, CA. John was born in Carroll, IA on May 13, 1974 to Pamela Reis Kuker and Thomas Lee Kuker. He passed away unexpectedly at his home in Los Angeles, CA on Feb. 2, 2015. John owned and operated a recording studio, Seedy Underbelly, in Valley Village, CA. He was a bright, humorous, generous and intelligent person. He loved life like no other. His accomplishments are many including gold and platinum records for his expertise. In 2014 he remodeled and re-opened the Pachyderm Studio at Cannon Falls, MN. John had an innate ability to love people for who they were and helped so many people in need. His family and friends were so important to him and he made you feel like you were the only person in the room. He had his own unique sense of style, he loved colors, sparkle dimension and movement. He was a collector of vintage music gear, art and other items. He is survived by his wife, Olena Tarkovska Kuker, Odessa, Ukraine; children, Maximillian Buchanan Kuker of Minneapolis, MN, Elyna John Kuker and Sasha John Kuker both of Odessa, Ukraine; step-daughter, Kateryna Tarkovska of Odessa, Ukraine; parents, James and Pamela Deal of Andover, MN; brother, Matt Kuker and wife Tara of Elk River, MN; step-brothers, Kevin Deal and wife Julie of Herman, MN, Greg Deal and wife Kathy of Minnetonka, MN Jeff Deal and wife Dawn of Andover, MN and step-sister, Kristi Bugher and husband Bob of Alexandria, MN. He had 15 nieces and nephews, plus numersous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his natural father, Thomas Lee Kuker of Carroll, IA; grandparents, LaVerdos Reis and wife Luella of Auburn, IA, Mathias Kuker and wife Eleanor of Carroll, IA; and step-grandparents, Albert Deal and wife Florence of Herman, MN. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 11 AM with reviewal one hour prior at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 525 Jackson St., Anoka. Visitation Thursday 5-8 PM at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, 13817 Jay St. NW, Andover. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Oak Grove, MN.
