Schreyer, James aka J Nels Carey Age 54, of Minneapolis, formerly of Richfield, passed away unexpectedly on January 29, 2015. James had a great passion for music, he was a singer and songwriter. He loved to perform at Nye's Piano Bar. He was a member of Oneida Tribe. Preceded in death by fathers, Stanley Schreyer and Tom Carey; mother, Loretta. Survived by son Jordan; mother Lorraine; fiancée Peggy Ernst; siblings, Tom, Patrick, Lori, Darlene, Dean, Doreen, Lisa, Lynette, Eddie, also, Barb, Mary, and Patti; friend and business partner, Jeff Bjork and many other loving family & friends. A Celebration of Life will be held February 11, 2015 at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Ave S., Edina. A visitation will be held at 1:00 P.M. with a service to begin at 2:00 P.M.
