Essig, Jonathan "Jon" L. age 60 of Anoka, passed away January 28, 2015 following a brief battle with cancer. Preceded in death by father, Donald and brother, Daniel. Survived by wife Jerilynn; her children Matt and Heather Rohrer, Rebecca Wolff; his daughter, Jennifer (John) Mason; grandsons, Ethan, Samuel and a baby on-the-way; mother, Aina; sister, Sue; and many other loving relatives and friends. Jon was a dedicated Deputy Sherriff, a great friend to many, a man of conviction and great love.
