Prochazka, William A. Age 91 of Coon Rapids, passed peacefully at his son's home on 12/18/ 2014. Survived by daughter, Caryn (Douglas) Karkhoff; son, John; grandchildren, Deena (Andy) Reed, Derek (Liz) Karkhoff; 2 great-grandchildren; significant other, Bernice Maloney and her family; loving relatives & friends. Preceded in death by former wife, Maxine; and 5 siblings. Visitation: 4-7 PM Monday, 12/29, and 1 hr. prior to the service.
