Phillips, Ingrid E. age 71, died Dec. 12 at her Mpls home. She was born in Stockholm, Sweden on July 2, 1943. She married Oda Phillips and they lived in Germany for 33yrs. In 2002 they moved to Minneapolis. She loved to garden, bake, go for walks, and play with her grandchildren.
