Thanks to my sisters, Paula Pendleton and Sandra Wyatt, to neighbors, and friends who continued writing notes even though they received no replies from me. Thanks also to Sir Paul for his help and support. I have been suffering from an incapacitating dizziness which remains mostly a mystery to specialists.
