McCann, John J. "Skip" age 81, of Brooklyn Center, formerly NE Mpls., passed away at home Oct. 23, 2014. Preceded in death by parents, W.B. and Alice McCann; stepson, Anthony Chovan; and daughter, Linda Sabahot. Survived by his wife of 38 years, Linda; daughters, Amanda, Kristina, Mary Ann, Barbara and Dianne; sons, John Jr. and Gary; grandchildren, James, John, Taralynn, Nicole, Patricia, Toni and Angela; great-grandchildren, Ivan, Hector, Lyric, Ella and Sissy; mother-in-law, Elaine Reynolds; a large extended family and many friends.
