Redmond, William D. (Billy) Born March 24, 1981, Minneapolis, MN, passed away unexpectedly on October 19, 2014 at the young age of 33. Billy was a kind and gentle man, whose world revolved around the love of his family. Preceded in death by his wife Amie M. Redmond who was the love of his life. Billy is survived by their 4 1/2 year old son Drake Mitchell Redmond, his parents: Ronald and Debra Redmond, in-laws: Kimberley and Dan Iverson, Tony and Connie Karger, and numerous relatives and friends. Billy had a passion for the outdoors as reflected by his choice of career and hobbies. He was an avid fisherman, 365 days a year if possible and enjoyed his job as an irrigation technician. Billy was a true friend to those who were fortunate to be part of his life. And, a man of great compassion, as shown by his endearing hugs. Memorial service at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park on Monday, 10/27/14 from 5:00-9:00PM. Memorials preferred to the family to set up an education fund for Billy and Amie's son, Drake Mitchell Redmond.
