Stein, Elaine (Seitz) Age 91, of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully on October 18. Preceded in death by her first husband Roy Seitz and granddaughter Kara Seitz. Survived by husband Robert, son Richard Seitz (Lynda), daughter Kathryn Seitz, grandson John Seitz (Anna), granddaughter Maari Ruh (Mike), and great-granddaughter Kayla Ruh. Elaine dedicated her life to nursing and raising her family. She ended her career as Director of Psychiatric Nursing at Glenwood Hills Hospital. The family would especially like to thank the caregivers at Nurturing Care in Minnetonka and staff at St. Croix Hospice for their kind and gentle care during the last several months. A celebration of her life will take place on Wednesday, October 22 at Good Samaritan United Methodist Church, 5730 Grove St., Edina, MN at 11:30 am with a visitation an hour prior. Memorials preferred to St. Croix Hospice or Nurturing Care.
