Duncan, Ruth E. (Raths) Loving Wife, Mom, Grandma, Sister and Friend Age 68 pass-ed away surrounded by family on September 28th, 2014. Preceded in death by parents Elmer & Elaine Raths, loving and caring husband Robert Allan Duncan, sister Mary K. Niebuhr, brother-in-law Bruce Gehrls, nephew Jonathan Gehrls and son-in-law Robbie Seagraves. Survived by daughters, Michele Jackson (Dan Rocha) and Melissa Rist (Wade); grandchildren, Hogan Jackson, Daniel Seagraves and Eliana Seagraves; sister, Barbara Gehrls; brother, Charles Raths (Sondra); nieces and nephews, Derek Raths (Amanda), Zachary Niebuhr (Amber), Jessica Niebuhr, Ehren Raths (Jennifer) and Tyler Raths; many other friends and relatives. Ruth was a 1964 Harding High School graduate. She was very proud to be a 35 year employee of 3M Company. She also served as a board member of the Woodbury Heritage Society. She very much enjoyed traveling, going to the lake, fishing and gardening.
