Woell, Rachel age 18, of New Brighton, passed away on Friday, Sept. 26, 2014. Survived by parents, Yvette and Jamie; grandparents and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Rachel's time with us was too short but she made an unbelievable impact during her 18 years.
