Johnson, Carol Ann (Skoolicas) 64, of Eagan, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2014 surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer. She was loved and respected by many for her generosity, her skill as a nurse and first assistant, and her amazing skills in the kitchen. Carol grew up in New Hampshire and, after finishing school, met her husband Richard in Dallas, Texas. They settled in Minnesota where she raised her family while working as an operating room nurse and later a first assistant for Southdale OBGYN. She will be missed by her many friends and former co-workers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Evangeline, and her brother, Charles Skoolicas. She is survived by her husband, Richard; daughter, Kathleen (Samuel) Jordan; sons, Paul (Amanda) Johnson & Mark Johnson; grandsons, Charles and Zachary Johnson. Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, September 24, at 12 Noon, at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave S, Minneapolis. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 23, from 5-8 PM at Gill Brothers Funeral Home, 9947 Lyndale Ave S, Bloomington and for 30 minutes before the service at Lakewood.
