Mammen, Lawrence L. (Larry) age 72, of Bloomington, MN, passed away peacefully at home on Sept. 15. A proud graduate of Washburn High School ('59), he remained active with classmates for the past 5 decades. Following graduation from the U of M ('63), Larry had a long and successful career in the commercial paint spray industry at Graco, Wagner and Mimco. Survived by wife Mary, sons Andrew (Jenna) and Paul Mammen, grandchildren Eva and Julia Mammen, stepdaughters Katy Gaffney-Warden (Judy) and Annie Gaffney and brothers Gary and Richard (Tricia) Mammen. Preceded in death by parents Lawrence W. Mammen and Helen (Mammen) Swanson and stepson Shaun Gaffney. Memorial service to be held Tues., Sept. 30, 4:00-6:00 PM at the Ft. Snelling Officers' Club (Hwy 5@Post Road). Memorials preferred to Westminster Town Hall Forum (1200 Marquette Ave, Mpls 55403).
