Johnson, Lawrence B. Age 90, was born in Farmington, MN on Nov. 21, 1923. He grew up in St. Paul, served in the Navy during WWII, lived in Bloomington, MN while working for IDS. Retired to Las Vegas, NV and returned to Minnesota to reside at Walker Plaza in Anoka, where he passed away peacefully on Sept. 15, 2014. Larry was preceded in death by his sister, Lucille Zollman and survived by sister, Rose Johnsen; daughters, Cindy Novotny (Andy Schoenbauer), Sue (Ed) Marek; 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grand-children; nieces & nephews. Larry generously donated his body to the U of M Anatomy Bequest Program. Please contact the family for details on a memorial gathering.
