Dodds, Sharon L. Age 75, of Mpls, passed away peacefully at home September 13, 2014. Preceded in death by father, Leo Zimmerman. Survived by husband, Bob; son, Troy; grandchildren, Siobahn, Jake, Will, Faith; mother, Klara; brother, Todd (Barb); special friends, Adeline Zappa and Bonnie Naughton; beloved pets, Doose and Sari. Sharon (AKA Farter) had many friends human and 4 legged. She volunteered at the Animal Humane Society for over 15 years, rescued many Scottie dogs, mainly the elderly ones, rabbits and chickens. She loved all animals. Sharon was a unique individual that would go to bat for all her friends and was the 'keeper' of her alley because she wanted a clean and safe neighborhood. She loved her nickname Farter. Farter was an amazing friend. Private interment. Memorials preferred to the Animal Humane Society, 845 Meadow Ln N., Golden Valley, MN, 763-522-4325.
