Melby, Harold age 93, of Minnetonka, died July 31, 2014. He was born in Oklee, Minnesota on Sept. 24, 2014 to Ole and Gertrude Melby. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Bee (nee Estelle Joki); and children, Karen (Fred) Schmeisser, Stuart (Carolyn) Melby, Mary (Phil) Hanson, Mark Melby, Brian (Liz) Melby; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews. One of Harold's greatest passions was playing golf. In early retirment days he & Bee would travel throughout Minnesota and parts of Wisconsin to try different golf courses. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, Sept. 26 at Wooddale Church, 6630 Shady Oak Road, Eden Prairie (use Door #1).
