Folstad, Kendra Lee age 16, passed away Sept. 5, 2014 in Duluth, Mn from injuries of a car acci-dent. A Cele-bration of Kendra's Life will be held Sat., Sept. 20 from 2-5 at Minnehaha Park - main pavilion - South Mpls. Survived by mother, Jennifer Mortenson; father, Kenneth Folstad; brothers, Micheal, Gage and Buddy; sisters, Angel & Hailey; grandparents, great-grand-parents, and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
