Giorgio, Joan Marie (Gasner) Born in Owatonna, MN on 04/30/ 33. On 8/30/ 2014 took God's hand and went to be with the love of her life Donald; parents, Merle and Evelyn and brother, Tom. She was deeply loved by her children, Michael (Julie), Gerald (Mary), Lori Schumann, Kathleen (Ron) Fuell, Nancy Giorgio; grandchildren, Brian and Joseph Giorgio, Abby and Jenna Schumann and Michael and Ryan Fuell. She will be missed by her brothers, sisters, extended family and many friends. Joan worked until she was 75 in her second career as a family chemical dependency counselor at New Beginnings in Waverly, MN. She touched many lives through her work. We would especially like to thank her PCA's April and Jenna. Their compassion, caring and love kept her with us longer than we could have imagined. Memorials preferred.
