Watschke, Vivian Marie (Jessen) Age 92, of Burnsville, passed away peacefully at NC Little Hospice on 8/28/ 2014. Born 5/4/1922 in Keansburg, NJ to Richard A and Grace M Jessen. Over her long life, Vivian enjoyed spending time with her family, the cabin in Brainerd, living in Florida and on Lake Minnetonka, traveling, gardening, knitting, Red Hat Club, bingo and driving her 924 Porsche and gold Sebring convertible. She was always stylish and enjoyed anything in leopard print. She was a very gracious woman who never complained and enjoyed life as it came to her. Preceded in death by husband, Darrel H. Survived by her sister, Adele Harrington; daughters, Gail Haynes, Nancy (Gary) Grammens, Carol (Gerald) Pearson, and Jodi Dongoske (Milos Janovsky); grandchildren, Kim, Brad, Adam, Brent, Ryan and Jill; great grandchildren, Kelsi, Kendall, Logan, Kiera, Robert and Riley; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Memorial service Mon. 9/8, 11 am with visitation at 10 am, at Cremation Society of MN - Edina, 7110 France Ave. S. Memorials preferred to Augustana Regent of Burnsville & NC Little Hospice.
