Sullivan, Dennis Michel Age 69 of Northfield passed away on Monday evening, August 25, 2014. Denny was born February 11, 1945, in St. Paul to Thomas and Nellie (Hildebrand) Sullivan. He graduated from Mankato High School in 1963, and Mankato State College in 1967, and received his M.Ed. from the U of M and Ed.D. from St. Thomas. He taught Spanish in Roseville, then went into administration in the Albert Lea, Fridley, Forest Lake and North St. Paul/Oakdale School districts. In 1995, Denny married MaryAnn Weinberg in Ham Lake. He had many interests, and never lost his love of learning. His family was his greatest passion. Survivors include his wife, MaryAnn; 2 sons: Matthew (Natalie) of Burbank, California, Patrick (Anna) of Mahtomedi; 3 step-children: Justin (Jesi) Weinberg of Minnetrista, Kyle (Katie) Weinberg of Ramsey, Katie (Mychal) Greseth of Prior Lake; and 9 grandchildren. A visitation for Denny will be held 12 to 2 PM followed by a Service of Remembrance at 2PM, September 3, 2014, at the First United Church of Christ, in Northfield.
