Ditch, Warren Calvin Age 93 of Minnetonka, passed away Aug. 18, 2014 surrounded by family. Warren is loved and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Warren was born near Ryder, ND March 1, 1921 to Silas and Sadie (Graham) Ditch as the youngest of five sons. He was preceded in death by his son, Warren (Skip) Ditch Jr., his brothers, Stuart, Grant, and Raymond and his parents. Warren served on a Navy aircraft carrier in the South China Sea during World War II. He started his own kitchen remodeling business and spent the rest of his career with the Minneapolis Housing & Redevelopment Authority and later Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation (GMHC). He is survived by his wife Martha (Harmel) Ditch, daughters Cheryl Ditch and Deborah (Kent) Cutkomp, grandson Andrew Cutkomp, brother Donald (Ermella) Ditch of Winona and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service Saturday, 8/23/14 at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior at Wooddale Church, 6630 Shady Oak Road, Eden Prairie. Luncheon to follow. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
