Agosto, James P. Age 63, of Monticello, died on August 15, 2014. Attorney and owner of Ag-osto Law Office in Monticello since 1978. He was preceded in death by his mother, Vivian. Jim is survived by his loving wife Jill; son Andrew (Kelly) Agosto; daughter Erin Agosto; 2 grandchildren Rowan and Daylen; father Louis; 3 brothers Gary (Roe), Paul and Lou; and his sister Carole Agosto. Visitation will be Thurs., Aug. 21, 2014 from 4 PM to 8 PM at Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel, 250 East Broadway, Monticello. Further visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral on Friday.
