Daman, William of Maple Grove formerly Rochester Hills, MI, passed away July 30, 2014 at age 69. Will retired in 2007 after working with General Motors Corp. for 44 years. He was a kind and gentle man; a family man, dedicated to whatever made our family happy. A role model of disciplined work and loyalty. He had an easy contentment with the simple joys so abundant in his life. He is loved and will be deeply missed by Nancy, his wife of 40 years; son, Michael and wife Megan and their sons, Walter and Harrison; son, Andrew and wife Colleen and their daughters, Claire and Emma; siblings, Don and Pat Daman, Jeanne and Jim Sparks, June Daman and Glenn Bivins; sisters-in-law, Kate and Paul Daniel, Laura and John McLogan; brother-in-law, Dave Kehoe and Lindy Juergens; 14 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Ellen and granddaughter, Hope. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Saturday at the Church of St. Bartholomew, 630 E. Wayzata Blvd., Wayzata.
