Billington, Stephen "Steve" 56 of Otsego passed away Monday, July 28, 2014 at his home. Steve is survived by his wife Joann of Otsego and son Shane of Eden Prairie. Visitation will be held Friday, August 1 from 10:30AM - 12:00PM with a Funeral Service beginning at 12 noon at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Princeton. Interment will be in Oak Knoll Cemetery in Princeton.
