Johnson, Clifford P. age 61, of Ashland, WI, passed away Friday, July 25, 2014 at St. Mary's Medical Center, in Duluth, MN. He was born September 2, 1952, in Minneapolis, MN. He was the son of Edward and Jacqueline Johnson. In 1971, he graduated from Roosevelt High School, in Minneapolis. From 1971 to 1974, he served in the US Army. On March 21, 1980, he married Sarah O'Reilly. For 28 years, he worked as a laundry mechanic at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center, prior to retiring in 2010. He enjoyed old war movies and fixing things. Clifford was a handyman and a jack of all trades. He is survived by his wife, Sarah; daughter and son-in-law, Desiree and Russell Winslow III; 3 grandchildren, Darian, Tanner and Kyra; 6 siblings, Leonard, Richard, Keith, Evelyn, Carol and Laura; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Milton; and sister, Sandy. Military ser-vices will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
